Full or partial obstetric care provided by an obstetrician or her\/his observer is subject to the following conditions:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-909cb62 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"909cb62\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">1. Payment term<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-20c56b3 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"20c56b3\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Payment for midwifery services rendered must be made by the client to the midwife with whom she is under care in connection with her pregnancy within 30 days of the billing date, without any deduction, set-off or discount.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-145cb68 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"145cb68\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">2. Interest<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d516853 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"d516853\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>If the term of payment is exceeded, the client is deemed to be in default without notice of default. From the due date of the account, the client shall also owe monthly interest of 1% on the outstanding amount, with part of a month counting for a full month.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7c01586 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"7c01586\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">3. Collection costs<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2aafd99 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2aafd99\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>If the client remains in default of payment after demand for payment, all judicial and extrajudicial collection costs which the midwife must incur to obtain full payment shall be borne by the client without further notice of default. Recovery costs shall be a minimum of 15% of the claim, plus VAT due on the costs, to the extent that the midwife cannot set them off. Recovery costs include the cost of legal assistance, use of a collection agency, bailiff or lawyer.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-eae0751 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"eae0751\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">4. Proof<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1518aa4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"1518aa4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The administrative records of the midwife shall be decisive in determining the amount owed by the client, unless the client provides express evidence to the contrary.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2a9e70a elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"2a9e70a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">5. Dispute Resolution<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b8d0956 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"b8d0956\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-family: soleil; letter-spacing: 0.16px; white-space: pre-wrap;\">All disputes arising from an agreement subject to these terms and conditions shall be submitted to the competent court of the debtor&#8217;s domicile.
