It’s great that you want to sign up with us and trust us to guide you during this special period. If you fill out the form below, one of our assistants, Annette or Nikki, will get in touch with you. Together with her, you can then schedule an initial ultrasound and appointment.

Feel free to fill out the form above — we’ll give you a call soon to introduce ourselves and answer any questions you may have. Of course, you are not committed to anything. Feel free to take a look at our ‘Who We Are’ page to get an idea of who we are.
Or feel free to stop by the practice. We are open Monday to Thursday from 8 AM to 2 PM. You can then meet one of our assistants, Annette and Nikki.
You can also come to us for contraception placement, and you don’t need to have been under our care before. The same applies to postpartum care, even if you were under hospital care during your pregnancy. Everyone is welcome.

Parking
There is enough parking space next to our practice. The costs of parking are €1,20 an hour. You can park for free at the trainstations P&R, a 100 meter walk from us
